This is Privacy statement declaration with respect to mobile applications (Tenon Connect, Site Connect, Tenon Attendance).
These Apps are intended to be used by Tenon / Peregrine Employees Only.
This App would be capturing your Location in Background or even when the app is not in use.
This Location would enable “Showing your location to your Manager”, “Collecting Distance travelled during the day”.
In the App, your Location would be captured between Punch-In and Punch-Out only.
Request you to Punch-out when you are not working, to stop capturing your Location.
Tenon Group is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its employees and has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the information and its transmission through the world wide web and it shall not be held liable for disclosure of the confidential information when in accordance with this privacy Commitment or in terms of the agreements.
Tenon Group endeavours to safeguard and ensure the security of the information provided by the Employee.
The Employee shall not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any information relating to Tenon Group or its Affiliates of a confidential nature obtained in the course of availing the services through the App. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle Tenon Group or its Affiliates to terminate the services, without prejudice to any damages, to which the employee may be entitled otherwise.
